• The outcome of any engagement between you and a home lift provider

All decisions about purchasing, installing, or modifying a home lift are made solely between you and the provider. You should independently verify all information and conduct your own due diligence before entering into any agreement with a provider.

If you no longer wish to receive communications from a provider, you should contact that provider directly. To request removal of your information from our platform, please contact us using the details in Section 12 below.

6. Provider Relationships

Home lift providers listed on or connected through MyHomeLift are independent third-party businesses. We are not responsible for:

• The products, services, pricing, or conduct of any listed provider
• The quality of workmanship, installation, or after-sales service provided
• Any representations, warranties, or guarantees made by a provider
• Any disputes, claims, or losses arising from your dealings with a provider
• The accuracy of any information provided by a provider

Any contract for the supply or installation of a home lift is between you and the provider. We strongly recommend that you verify provider credentials, insurance, licences, and references before entering into any agreement.

7. User Obligations

When using our website and services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information: all information you submit through our forms, quiz, or communications must be truthful and accurate
• Be at least 18 years of age: you must be 18 or older to use our services and submit enquiries

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on you by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.

Where our liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these terms or your use of our website is limited to $100 AUD.

10. Indemnity
