Last updated: March 2026

1. Who We Are

MyHomeLift (myhomelift.com.au) is operated by Swag & Media Performance Group Pty Ltd (ABN forthcoming), an Australian company trading as MyHomeLift. In this Privacy Policy, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Swag & Media Performance Group Pty Ltd.

We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

2. What Data We Collect

We may collect the following personal information when you use our website or services:

  • Contact information: your name, email address, phone number, and postcode
  • Quiz and preference data: your answers to our lift preference quiz, including property type, number of storeys, lift type preferences, mobility requirements, budget range, and timeline
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and interaction data collected via cookies and analytics tools
  • Communications: any messages or enquiries you send to us

We do not collect sensitive information (such as health details) beyond what you voluntarily provide through the quiz or enquiry forms. If you disclose mobility or health-related needs, we treat this information with additional care.

3. Why We Collect Your Information

We collect your personal information for the following purposes:

  • To match you with suitable home lift providers based on your requirements, location, and preferences
  • To share your enquiry details with matching providers so they can contact you with relevant quotes
  • To provide indicative pricing information and comparisons
  • To improve our website, services, and user experience
  • To communicate with you about your enquiry or our services
  • To comply with our legal obligations

4. How We Share Your Information

Sharing your details with home lift providers is the core function of our service. When you submit a quote request or complete our quiz, you consent to us sharing your contact information and quiz answers with matching home lift providers so they can contact you with quotes and information about their products and services.

Provider Matching

MyHomeLift operates as a provider matching and comparison platform. When you submit an enquiry, your details are made accessible to our network of verified home lift providers. Your contact information (name, email, phone number) is only shared with a provider after they have opted in to respond to your enquiry. Providers receive general enquiry details (such as location, lift type, and requirements) to determine relevance before accessing your contact information.

We may also share your information with:

  • Home lift providers: selected providers who match your requirements, as described above
  • Service providers: third-party companies that help us operate our platform, including hosting providers, analytics services, email delivery services, and payment processors
  • Legal requirements: where required by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request

5. How We Store and Protect Your Data

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, and disclosure. Our security measures include:

  • Encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS) across our website
  • Secure cloud-based storage with access controls
  • Limited staff access to personal information on a need-to-know basis
  • Regular review of our data handling practices

Personal contact details (name, email, phone) are automatically deleted from our systems after 14 days. Your enquiry is temporarily held to facilitate provider matching and is not retained long-term.

Your data is primarily stored on servers located in Australia. Where data is transferred to overseas servers (for example, through our hosting or analytics providers), we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.

6. Your Rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to:

  • Access: request access to the personal information we hold about you
  • Correction: request correction of any inaccurate, out-of-date, incomplete, or misleading information
  • Deletion: request that we delete your personal information, subject to any legal obligations we may have to retain it

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details in Section 10 below. We will respond to your request within 30 days.
